Bonjour, Jazmine, and welcome to planDisney where, like my favorite rodent chef, we love to talk about food! And... I wholeheartedly believe that Remy's sentiment, "
Just look at what they do with food!" could easily be applied to the culinary team at Walt Disney World.
Now, Jazmine, speaking of French-inspired dishes, I enjoyed a delicious meal at
Chefs de France at
EPCOT just a few months ago.
The kids' menu items are listed for those ages 9 and younger, however, when I was last there, one of the guests at my table was hoping to eat a bit lighter and decided to enjoy an appetizer as her main dish. Sometimes my husband and I like to taste a little bit of everything, but don't want too much food. On these occasions, we'll order 1 appetizer, 1 entree, and 1 dessert, but split everything! Now, Jazmine, if you have an adult who prefers an option that's on the kids' menu that isn't on the adult menu, I recommend chatting with your server. It's possible that you (or another adult) can order from the kids' menu or work with the chef to come up with an alternative. While I can't guarantee anything, my experience traveling at Walt Disney World with a guest who is gluten and dairy free showed me how the kitchen staff tries their best to accommodate all needs.
Jazmine, whatever you eat, I hope your entire experience is delicious in every sense of the word. Whether it's before or after your meal, don't miss the opportunity to stroll through the France pavilion and enjoy my favorite Disney movie in an attraction:
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure! If you have any additional questions, make sure to scurry on back to planDisney. We'll be waiting with all the ingredients to cook up some answers!
