I have 2 adult one day Dland tickets with the max passes purchased on 2-27-2020 which remain unused due to covid. Since there was no release of a new opening date, I purchased 2 adult 3 day Dworld park tickets which is for 7-13/19-21. Can I get a refund?

    Hello, Theresa!

Welcome to planDisney! We are THRILLED you stopped by and are very excited to answer your question regarding your Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets.

I want to start off by letting you know that there are no refunds available for Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets. HOWEVER, I do have some MAGICAL news for you! I am very happy to inform you that the expiration date on all Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets have been EXTENDED until January 12, 2023!! I even verified this information with a very helpful Cast Member! Because of the extension, I am wishing upon a star you will be able to plan your TIGGER-ific vacation to Disneyland Resort in the near future! Don't you just love happy endings?!

Mickey Mouse and his pals continue to make decisions about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort. The goal is to always keep guests safe and to continue the MAGIC of Disneyland Resort for yEARS to come! To find the most up-to-date Disney information, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
