I spoke with a Cast Member, and they shared that it's likely
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera will feature a special themed menu for the Christmas season. However, at this time, Walt Disney World hasn't made any official announcements about holiday dining offerings. I recommend keeping an eye on the My Disney Experience app, the Walt Disney World Resort website, and
Disney Parks Blog for updates as Christmas approaches.
