I will be the only adult with 2 children. My son wants to build a lightsaber at Savis but he cannot go in alone (12) and I cant leave my other child alone (10) while i accompany him. Will disney allow both myself and my younger child to accompany him?

    Hi Kim!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  As a mom, I totally understand the issue at hand. Savi's Workshop is a popular experience and its rule of attendance being limited to the Lightsaber Builder and one Guest can be tricky when traveling with a family of three. Last month, I was in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and stopped by Savi's Workshop to inquire about how they handle these situations. The Cast Member advised that children can accompany their parent(s).  They would never suggest that a child stay alone. Being that you are just adding one additional Guest, I am certain it won't be a problem. Your kids are going to love it!

Quick Tip: The two attractions in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance are extremely popular!  As for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, be sure to arrive early to Disney's Hollywood Studios to join a Boarding Group to experience this attraction. Also be sure to download the My Disney Experience App which is where you can join the Boarding Group once you enter the park.

Kim, thank you for allowing us to help you plan your vacation and please feel free to send me any other questions you may have!
