Hi Santina,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question.
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn & Villas has such a wonderful theme; I love being transported to a turn-of-the-century seaside retreat, with the delightful details and fun entertainment.
The Garden Cottage rooms are absolutely charming, Santina! They are tucked away at the back of the resort and feature a lovely garden gate and outdoor seating area, as well as a cottage feel inside. According to the Walt Disney World website, these Garden rooms only sleep 2, though I have heard that they do sleep 4 because of the sleeper sofa in the sitting area. My understanding is that a rollaway bed is available upon request, but is not guaranteed. I recommend calling Walt Disney World Resort reservations at (407) 939-1936 to double check room occupancy and the availability of a rollaway bed in those Garden rooms, just to be sure. You may want to look at switching to a Standard room in Disney’s BoardWalk Inn & Villas, because those will sleep 5, with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The reservations Cast Member you speak with can help you figure out what works best for your family.
Santina, enjoy your time with your adult children. I love visiting Walt Disney World with my parents, and we always make the most magical memories. Be sure to talk a walk around
Disney’s BoardWalk at night, where you’ll find fabulous entertainment and ambience. For snacktime, don’t miss BoardWalk Bakery and
Ample Hills Creamery, where you can taste samples before deciding which delicious flavor to enjoy!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
