Hi, Stephanie!
Early morning breakfast
Advanced Dining Reservations are my very favorite! I love arriving at the Theme Parks early in the morning when so many Guests are still cozy in their beds. It's really fun to walk through the Parks when they are not busy so early in the day.
There is something very special that takes place at Walt Disney World called
Extra Magic Hours. This is where one of the Theme Parks opens an hour early or stays open up to two hours late for Guests who are staying at a Disney-owned Resort hotel. So, let's say that Magic Kingdom Park opens at 9:00 a.m. one morning during your visit and they have morning
Extra Magic Hours where the Park will open at 8:00 a.m. It's very fun to walk down Main Street, U.S.A. when it's practically empty! All Guests are able to make an early breakfast reservation whether or not they are staying at a Disney-owned Resort hotel and there will be a special entrance at the front of the Park for you to go in.
As far as the schedule for Park opening times and
Extra Magic Hours, these times are typically released approximately six months in advance. You can find them in the online calendar on the main Walt Disney World site as well as in the
My Disney Experience app. Maybe you could plan an early breakfast one day and on another early day, take advantage of experiencing some of the Attractions with a lesser wait!
Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel, Stephanie, and I sure hope this helps. Please let us know if we can help with any other questions you have.
Wishing you and your family a Pixie Dusted vacation!
~Jackie
