My ADR's that I made 60 days ago when I was 180 days out were cancelled like everyone else for our trip Aug 1-6. Disney had said they were going to a 60 day booking period. I am unable to make dining reservations? Why? When can I? Thanks

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michelle!

It sounds like you've been keeping up to date with the Disney Parks Blog recently because it has been the number one source for all of the information about the plans to welcome guests back to Walt Disney World Resort and the phased re-opening of the Theme Parks. Since physical distancing measures are going to limit capacity at restaurants and other spaces, Disney has made the difficult decision to cancel all existing dining reservations and experience bookings. The current 180-day window for making dining reservations will be replaced with a 60-day booking window going forward so that you're able to make your plans a little bit closer to your trip.

I know that you're currently within that 60-day booking window, but dining reservations haven't opened up quite yet. In the same update where we learned about how bookings will work going forward, we also learned that there will be a reservation system for entering the Theme Parks as well. As we hear more information in the coming weeks about how that system will work, I'm sure there will be instructions to follow about how and when you'll be able to book dining reservations. Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog because it will be the first place you'll hear about all the important things you'll need to know about your vacation this summer!

    Have a magical day, Michelle!
