Hi there! We have ADRs for breakfast on June 8th. Uber excited!!! My question is I have read somewhere that children get given a wand (for the girls) and a sword(for the boys) as a gift... is this still the case?

Hello Laura and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where it's always an added pleasure for me to assist another family from the United Kingdom with their jolly holiday plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
I believe the Advanced Dining Reservation you're enquiring about is for one at Cinderella's Royal Table where I'm delighted to share that yes at present each Princess and Prince dining at this most beautiful and iconic of locations does indeed receive a magical wand or regal sword!
Be sure to have your camera ready because over the years I've created some wonderful and lasting memories when dining at Cinderella's Royal Table with my own family.  During the meal the Fairy Godmother performs a 'Wishing Ceremony' where Guests are invited to make a wish with their wishing star whilst waving aloft their wand or sword and with a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo a burst of magical twinkling star-lights will appear all around!
Wishing you and your family an unforgettable and totally magical June summer holiday to Walt Disney World Resort
    Have a great Disney day.
