We have a 4:30 ADR at Yak and Yeti. I noticed there is a FP available for Rivers of Light at 5:30. Is there enough time to eat and make the FP or should I change the ADR?

Hello Jaynee! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Combining Advanced Dining Reservations at Yak & Yeti Restaurant with a viewing of Rivers of Light Nighttime Experience sounds like a magical night of Disney fun.

As far as your Advanced Dining Reservations for Yak & Yeti are concerned, the experience should not be rushed. While I believe that you could complete your meal experience in an hour, you would be counting on no delays and rushing your dessert. I recommend that you try to book your Yak & Yeti Dining Experience for 30 minutes earlier (if you can) to savor both of these events.

If you finish your meal early, note that the FastPass+ Seating fills up rather early for Rivers of Light and that by getting there a little earlier, you are sure to obtain better seats for the experience.

Both of the activities should be patiently enjoyed and not rushed for maximum enjoyment. Altering your Advanced Dining Reservations for an earlier time (or after Rivers of Light, perhaps) will be worth it.

    Have a Magical night!
