    We have ADR for Tusker House at 1045am & my 7yo DD is soooo exciting about dining here. My concern is that they switch to lunch before we get thru our breakfast!! UGH!! Can we show up early and try to get in if we cannot secure an earlier ADR for that

    Hi Shannon!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question!  Every time we visit Disney's Animal Kingdom, we have to visit Donald's Dining Safari for breakfast at Tusker House Restaurant, we love it!  I always make my dining reservations for Tusker House Restaurant as late as possible for breakfast, so that we can experience the Kilimanjaro Safari before, and take some time to view the animals on the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail or the Maharajah Jungle Trek.  With that being said, I have never experienced the Cast Members switching the buffet from breakfast to lunch during our reservations; the buffet has always been hot and full of selection.  

    I wouldn't worry about your arrival time Shannon, if you prefer to dine earlier, keep trying for an earlier time, however, I think you will enjoy being able to experience some of the attractions before dining, I know I do!  Guests are able to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation.  You can always try to arrive early but this dining location is extremely popular and you may have to wait to be seated regardless.
