    I have an ADR at teppan Edo and I think my family will love it. I am concerned that accommodating my gluten allergy may be an issue at Teppan Edo. Disney is always great at accommodating gluten free. Should I be concerned about this place?

    Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel. Teppan Edo is such a fun restaurant. Your family is going to have a great time and meal there. You shouldn't have any issues with your gluten allergy at Teppan Edo. All Walt Disney World restaurants are well equipped to take care of special dietary requests. I suggest annotating your allergy in the notes part of your reservation, so the manager and chef know ahead of time. You can also remind them of the allergy when you check in for your reservation, but they will probably ask you about it before you even say a word. The chef may even create a special meal just for you, which is such a great treat when you have dietary restrictions. So, there's no need to be concerned with Teppan Edo or any other restaurant within the Resort.
