We have ADR for spirit of aloha. Can I preorder a gluten, egg, nut free chocolate cake for my son to have as dessert? How do I do that? Thank you.

    Hi Amanda ~

Disney is amazing at trying to accommodate special dietary requests including those with intolerances such as gluten, shellfish, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, or eggs at most of their table service locations. Did you make a note on your reservation when you booked it for Spirit of Aloha? If not, I would call Disney Dining (407-WDW-DINE) back and have them make a note on your reservation.

I would also mark your calendar to contact their dining representatives at least 14 days in advance by email at to put in your request. Be sure to include your name, restaurant name, reservation time, confirmation number, and list the specific request.

I have found the Chefs at Disney to be very accommodating to the best of their abilities. They may or may not be able to meet your request specifically for a chocolate cake but they will be able to provide your son a yummy dessert.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
