Hi! I Have ADR at 1900 PF for 19:30 hs. and then I've booked a Wishes Cruise leaving from GF marina; I'm not sure if we will have enough time to dine and get to the marina on time; at what time should we be at the marina to take the boat? Wishes is at 9 PM

    Hi Victoria,

I would suggest you try to move your 7:30 pm dinner reservation for 1900 Park Fare to an earlier time.  Although you can largely control how long you spend in this restaurant because it is a buffet, I'd hate to see you rush through your meal in this charming restaurant.  Call (407) WDW-DINE to see if you could get a 6:00 pm reservation instead.  If 1900 Park Fare is booked, try the Grand Floridian Cafe next door.  It is a lovely, often overlooked restaurant worthy of your attention.

Keep in mind that your private fireworks cruise will leave from the marina at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort before 9 pm so that your party can be in place on the Seven Seas Lagoon when the first firework bursts overhead.  When I took a private Wishes cruise from Disney's Wilderness Lodge in 2008 we left the dock 30 minutes before the fireworks.  The Cast Member driving our watercraft gave us a lovely tour before Wishes began.  You should call (407) WDW-PLAY to ask what time you should be at the marina for your cruise.  You don't want to be late for this departure time.

Wishing you a magical vacation at Walt Disney World!  Enjoy that Wishes fireworks cruise!
