    We have an ADR for one of the dinner shows that require full payment up front. There was a problem and the dining plan was not noted, so it charged the full amount to my card. What do we do now? There are no more ADrs available.

    Hi Cheryl, To be sure you get the help you need, I would recommend calling 407-WDW-DINE and explaining the situation to the cast members there, asking to speak to a manager if necessary. Refunds are usually available within 48 hours of your ADR for dinner shows or special events, so hopefully they can find a way to transfer your Disney Dining Plan points to the show without losing your existing Advanced Dining Reservation.
