Hello, Elizabeth. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions.
I could hang out at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort all day long so killing some time in the evening is going to fly by. First of all, savor your dinner! 'Ohana is one of my family's favorite places to eat at Walt Disney World. Everything is great from the atmosphere to the food. Since your reservation is at 6:35 pm, I estimate you'll be done eating between 7:45 and 8:00 pm. If you're in the mood for an after dinner cocktail or mocktail, I suggest heading downstairs to
Trader Sam's Grog Grotto. Even though it's considered a bar, it's super family friendly and my daughter loves hanging out in there. With every drink that's ordered it's like a mini show being put on. If you order the Shrunken Zombie Head, for instance, your server might bring it over to you pretending to be one. It's a pretty cool place. If you didn't save room for beverages, maybe some shopping will interest you. Disney's Polynesian Village Resort has two really great gift shops. My daughter especially loves the one upstairs, Moana Mercantile Souvenir Shop. After that, it'll be about 9:00 pm and that's when the
Electrical Water Pageant will be floating by. You're also in luck because the
Happily Ever After Fireworks Show at Disney's Magic Kingdom Park also lights up the sky at 9:15 pm on the night you'll be there. You'll have a great view of both shows from Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
I hope this helps give you some ideas on passing the time. Enjoy!
