We have an ADR in MK on Thanksgiving at 8:35 PM, the park closes at 9pm. Will we be be able to take a Disney bus back to our hotel or should we drive to the park. We do not want to rush dinner, but also do not want to get stuck.

Thanksgiving dinner in the Magic Kingdom will be a fabulous Disney day! My family enjoyed our best Thanksgiving dinner at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge a few years ago. Turkey and mashed potatoes are better at Mickey's house!

Buses run from the theme parks to the Walt Disney World Resorts for an hour after a park closes. With an 8:35 dining reservation and a 9:00 park closing, you'll have almost an hour and a half to enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner if you wish to ride the bus. Be sure to arrive early for your reservations so you can be seated on time.
