I am so excited to hear about your dining reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant. This is a stunning and delicious location, and I am sure you will have an amazing time.

Your sister is definitely welcome to pay out of pocket while the rest of your party uses their Disney Dining Plan entitlements. As you arrive at the restaurant, let Cast Members know that one Guest has a different method of payment and you will be fine.
