Hi, Stephan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
To enter any of the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks, you do need to have valid Theme Park admission - even if you are only entering the Theme Park for an Advanced Dining Reservation. Alternatively, you are able to dine at restaurants located at any of the Walt Disney World Resort hotel restaurants and Downtown Disney (soon to be Disney Springs) without purchasing any Theme Park tickets.
You may enter Magic Kingdom Park at 4:00 p.m. with a ticket to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. If you wish to enter earlier in the day, you would need a separate valid Magic Kingdom Park Ticket.
Wishing you and your family a magical vacation, Stephan!
~Rachel
