We have an ADR @ 8AM at Crystal Palace on Sunday, May 24 (our first day in the parks). I have a mentally challenged adult daughter who needs DAS card. Will guest services be open when we arrive, or will I have to come back after breakfast to get the card?

Hi, Amy!  The official word on operating hours of Guest Relations at any of the Walt Disney World parks is that they are open the same hours as the theme park.  If you happen to be at a theme park that has morning extra magic hours, you'll find Guest Relations open a bit earlier.  If the park is not open until 9, but you have a breakfast reservation at 8 AM, you probably will not find the guest relations desk open.

Now that I've said all of that, you may get lucky.  I have seen guest relations accepting guests prior to the official park opening time.  I'm not going to tell you this is typical, but I have experienced guest relations opening a little earlier.  That may not help you, and it may require a trip back to Guest Relations after your breakfast, but don't rush by without at least checking.  Again, you may get lucky!

    Have a great visit!
