    Hi! I have ADR at Crystal Palace for 9:30 AM. for my daughter's birthday. I was told that they choose a kid to be Chef of the day at each sitting. Is that so? Will my daughter have the chance to be chosen? Thanks a lot!

    In all honesty, when guests are randomly selected for surprise honors, there isn't anything that can be done ahead of time.  It is simply a matter of being in the right place at the right time.  But I will be thinking happy thoughts and sending some pixie dust your way to help you be in the right place at the right time!

    And don't forget to get a free Happy Birthday pin for your daughter at Guest Relations at any of the parks, and you can include a notation in your dining reservation, too.  I can't promise that anything will happen, but sometimes you may get a little sprinkling of pixie dust at your table.
