Hi Tara!

You most certainly can adjust your dining reservation party size without risk of losing it. It is much easier take away people rather than add someone. Are you sure you don't need the 2 extra people? You do need to include your 1 year old in all of your dining reservations as Disney counts for every "body" in the restaurant due to fire codes. If you reserved a restaurant that required a credit card to finalize the reservation, you have 24 hours to cancel or make changes. If it did not require a credit card, you can cancel same day. You can modify your dining reservation by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
