Have ADR for 50's Cafe. Family of 4. My eldest has sensory issues and can be very shy &sensitive. I am having 2nd thoughts. Should I change to diff plac @ DHS. I thought it sounded like fun, but don't want them to feel pressured to eat.

I don't think you'll need to worry about switching your reservations Clare.  Here's why: the Cast Members at Walt Disney World will go above and beyond to ensure your family has a magical time during your visit.  When you check in at the podium, just be sure to let them know how best to accommodate your child's sensory issues.  If that means not playing the role of a pushy Aunt who wants every last green bean licked clean from the plate, I'm sure the server would be more than happy to oblige.  They'll gladly shape your service in a way that will be most enjoyable for your party.  You just need to voice your needs.

The 50's Prime Time is a fun place to get a bite to eat.  Perhaps your child will enjoy watching the antics at the surrounding tables.  Enjoy your experience!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
