If I have an ADR booked for before the park opens, would I be able to go to guest services to set up my disability pass and grab a birthday pin beforehand, or would I have to head straight to my reservation?

    Hi Misty!

Let me be one of the 1st to wish you a very early Happy Birthday! I love that you are celebrating your special day at Walt Disney World Resort!!

I chatted with a Cast Member and have a few options for you. There is a chance you might be able to stop by Guest Relations outside of the theme park and get both taken care of but it will depend on how early your dining reservation begins. Typically, Guest Relations (outside of the theme parks) opens approximately 30 minutes before the theme park opens. Otherwise, yes, you can definitely take care of everything following your breakfast reservation. (Regardless of whether you have your button or not, make sure your server knows you are celebrating a special day!)

There might be a couple of other options as well.

Let's talk birthday button first. Are you staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel? If so - the Cast Members at the front desk can absolutely provide you with your birthday button!

Is it possible for you to stop by the theme park entrance the day before your planned visit? If so, you can speak with a Cast Member in Guest Relations outside of the theme park to get your button and discuss the Disability Access Service.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
