If I have an ADR for BOG during the MVMCP, am I fulfilling the requirement to not get charged the $10 per person fee if I check in for the reservation and then only want to order a few cupcakes to go?

    Brandy:

The $10 per person that you are referring to is what a Disney restaurant will charge your credit card if you do not show up for a dining reservation. I applaud this action because, before this policy was in place, it was frustrating not to find dining reservations knowing that some guests would make multiple reservations and hold them until the last minute or simply not show up. There were no consequences for their rudeness to other guests nor for Disney losing business. If you show up to be seated for your reservation at Be Our Guest, your card will not be charged.

If you decide to only order dessert, that is up to you. You are not required to order a minimum amount at Be Our Guest, and your visit should be short, allowing another group to be seated.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
