I have an ADR at Akershus at 8:25. EMH starts at 8. I know I can get in early to make it to my ADR. What time should I plan to get thru security to be there on time, as it is a little bit of a walk to Norway. Thank you again.

    Hi Cyndi!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I really enjoy early breakfast reservations in the parks!  It's such a lovely time of day, everything is waking up, and you might have the chance of some photos without someone else inadvertently wandering into the background of your pictures!  Breakfast with the Disney Princesses at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall will be a magical way to start your day.  You are correct that you will have a fair walk to the Norway pavilion in World Showcase - you can see an Epcot Guidemap here.  I would aim to arrive at the Mickey entrance touchpoints (make your way to the entrance signposted for 'Guest with early dining reservations') around 45 minutes before your reservation, and allow some additional time for the security check - let's say arrive at Epcot security around 7.30am.   This will ensure that you have plenty of time without the need to rush, and even include the iconic photo in front of Spaceship Earth - either using your own camera, or Disney's PhotoPass Photographers.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World, and keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and updates on any events that may be happening during your stay.
