Hi Kelsie! What a wonderful birthday celebration you're planning for your daughter! I've found that persistence pays when making dining reservations at Walt Disney world restaurants; if you keep checking periodically, you'll usually find that the dining time slots you want become available. Did you know you can make Disney dining reservations online? Just visit https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/ every few days to check for earlier reservations at Akershus and Coral Reef, and you'll likely find that other times open up as the date of your trip approaches. Illuminations will be a magical way to cap off your daughter's birthday celebration!
