    I have ADR for Akershus Banquet Hall for a princess lunch. Our party is 2 adults and 2 kids, ages 5 and 12. Can we order 3 adults meals and share with my young daughter (picky eater), or is it a set rate per person? Thanks for your help!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love Akershus Royal Banquet Hall because of it's unique selection of Norwegian food and the wonderful interactions your family can have with the Disney Princesses. My family enjoyed breakfast there during our last trip and it was one of our favorite meals of our entire vacation! Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is an all-you-care-to-enjoy Character Dining experience where Guests can each select the entree they would like to enjoy, along with the Taste of Norway appetizer selection and an incredible dessert selection. Unfortunately, this means that Guests cannot share meals and all Guests will be charged for their dining experience.

    However, I think you will find that one of the wonderful things about Character Dining, and particularly Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, is that while you are enjoying your wonderful meal you can also meet some Disney Characters. It's a great way to make the most of your time in the park by meeting some Princesses on your "must-do" list while you are dining. Plus, in my experience, we have been able to meet Princesses who were not available throughout the day in the theme park, we avoided long queues to meet them in the Florida heat, and my boys even got to lead the Princess Parade through the restaurant. With our little ones, we think Character Dining, and especially Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, is a wonderful investment in helping ensure we have a fantastic day at Epcot!
