Janise from CT Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

What is the admission for a 7 & 4 year old?

    Hello, Janise!

Disney Parks have regular theme park tickets for two different age groups. There are tickets for Guests ages 10 and older. And there are tickets for Guests ages three through nine. Children under three years old are complimentary Guests of Mickey and Minnie. Note that children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by another Guest age 14 or older.

Besides consideration for the age of the Guests, tickets to the Disneyland Resort vary in price based on the number of days for the tickets, whether the Park Hopper option is selected, and whether or not the Disney MaxPass option is added.

The Disneyland Resort currently offers one-day theme park tickets in a tiered system. The ticket tier to select depends on the day you choose to visit. Visiting on a weekend or holiday usually requires a higher-tier ticket. Tier 1 tickets at the Disneyland Resort currently start at $104 for Guests aged 10 and older and $98 for children ages 3-9. Note that prices are subject to change.

To find out the price of one-day tickets to the Disneyland Resort, start by logging on to the theme park tickets web page. Under the "Select the Number of Days" section, choose "1" for one-day tickets. Then scroll through the calendar to select your preferred date. Once your date is selected, the section below that on the ticket page will let you choose how many Ages 10+ tickets and how many Ages 3-9 tickets you would like to purchase. Then choose your ticket type: "Admission to 1 Park" or "Park Hopper TIcket." One final option is to upgrade your ticket with Disney MaxPass, an option I highly recommend.

Tony’s Tip: A day at The Happiest Place on Earth beats just about anything else. To improve on that even more, I recommend selecting multi-day tickets. There is just so much magic to enjoy at the Disneyland Resort. With multi-day tickets, Guests can enjoy more of the attractions, entertainment, dining, and other offerings at the Disneyland Resort by including more days in their tickets. The Disneyland Resort is currently offering a discount on three-day child tickets.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Janise. I hope you stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again with any other questions you may have.
