Hi Kat! Welcome to planDisney! It's great to have you stop by!
I'm excited you are considering a trip to this coast to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort! My family and I are in the process of planning a trip out to the Disneyland Resort for next year and can't wait to finally visit where it all started! One of my favorite aspects of Walt Disney World is how vast the landscape is holding four theme parks and over 20 Disney Resort Hotels. This helps make each trip so unique since it is impossible to fit it all in on one visit.
Walt Disney World is extremely accommodating when Guests need to change their plans. For ticket purchases, as long as the ticket has not been used, you will have options to change your plans. If the date on your ticket has not passed yet, you should be able to change the dates of your tickets. If the future dates have a higher cost, you will need to pay the additional price for this change. You can make this change online using your
My Disney Experience account. If your tickets have been linked to your account, log on and scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets". Select "Tickets & Memory Maker" to view your tickets below. There should be a "Change Ticket" link to select and make these changes.
If the date on your tickets has already passed and gone unused, you'll be able to use the value of these tickets for future ticket purchases. You'll need to call the
Existing Ticket line and speak to a Cast Member for assistance on this matter. You'll be responsible for any additional cost for the new dates selected.
Remember, theme park reservations are required for entry into the parks each day. Make sure to check the
park availability calendar before making any changes to your tickets to ensure that the parks you wish to visit are available on the new dates.
Kat, I hope this information helps you plan your upcoming visit! Stop back any time to planDisney with additional planning questions!
See ya real soon!
