Are adjoining rooms an option in The Art of Animation Resort?

    Hi Stacy!

A very warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your awesome question about Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.

Yes, Stacy, adjoining rooms (side by side rooms) are an option at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. Adjoining rooms are available in all of the buildings. Connecting rooms (rooms with a door that connect two rooms to each other) are only available in the Little Mermaid buildings, but not in any of the family suite buildings (Lion King, Cars, and Finding Nemo).

Please keep in mind that rooms are normally assigned at check-in, but connecting or adjoining rooms may not be available upon your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort. I encourage you to request connecting rooms in advance of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Please click here to access the phone directory and speak to a friendly Cast Member.

As you prepare for your upcoming vacation, I encourage you to bookmark and review the experience updates page. This is a wondEARful resource filled with information about the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort.
