how to address a package to arrive at my disney hotel

Hello Daysi and welcome to planDisney!  We're so happy that you've stopped by with such a great question for us to help you with today.

It's such a super smart idea to organise ahead of time a parcel to be delivered to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel of everyday items that you may need during your magical vacation, such as perhaps diapers, toiletries, and other such bulky items.  Although I haven't ever mailed myself items, I have used local Orlando delivery services for family-style groceries like bottled water, breakfast items, and snacks.

Daysi, I'm happy to share that for a small handling fee Guests are more than welcome to utilise Mail Services when visiting Walt Disney World Resort.

Any mail sent to a Disney Resorts Collection hotel should be clearly addressed to the correct Disney Resort with the recipient's name at the top of the label, and importantly should also state GUEST in bold lettering too.  Addresses for each Disney Resorts Collection hotel can be found on the right-hand side of each individual Resort webpage, just underneath the interactive map for example like on this Disney's Pop Century Resort webpage.

Another planDisney tip would be to include your date of check-in on the label too as this is a good indicator for Cast Members of when you may collect your mail.

I really hope that I've been able to provide some pixie-dusted guidance for you today Daysi.  If you should have any further questions for me here at planDisney, then please do pop back to ask me another question.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
