What address should I use if I need to order grocery for delivery to Island Tower in Polynesian Village Resort?

Welcome to planDisney, Hygiea! I'm so excited to hear that you'll be staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and in the brand new Island Tower, no less! That sounds like a dreamy vacation in the making. Make sure to leave some time for some snacks and drinks at Wailulu Bar & Grill. I had dinner there a few months ago, and it's my new favorite viewing spot for Happily Ever After!

If you're planning to have groceries delivered during your stay, you'll want to have them sent to Bell Services, which is located in the main building of the resort: the Great Ceremonial House. Bell services is the team that will receive and store your grocery delivery, including refrigerated items, until you're ready to pick them up or have them brought to your room. Here is the address you'll want to use for deliveries:

    Disney's Polynesian Village Resort
    1600 Seven Seas Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida, 32830-8423

Be sure to include the name on your reservation, and I always like to include "GUEST" after my name to make it as specific as possible. Once your groceries arrive, you can either walk over to Bell Services in the main building to pick them up yourself or just give them a call from your room, and they'll happily bring everything over when you're ready. Just keep in mind, there will be a small delivery fee if they bring it up to your room.

I hope this answers your question, Hygiea, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
