Disneyland Paris.
The
Magical Shuttle is a convenient way of travelling from both Charles-De-Gaulle and Orly Airport to your Disney Hotel and one that my family have used many times, over the years.
When you book the Magical Shuttle as part of a Hotel + Ticket package, this will be detailed on your booking confirmation letter. You can expect to receive your tickets for the Magical Shuttle, by email, approximately 7-days prior to your arrival.
If for any reason you have not received your tickets when you reach 7-days out, I would recommend
contacting Disneyland Paris directly using the telephone number provided on your booking confirmation letter.
Alternatively, to avoid an international phone call, you could try using the Live Chat function which can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris website and/or Disneyland Paris App.
Unlike the Walt Disney World version, provided by Mears Transportation, you do not need to submit your flight information ahead of time or, make a reservation for a particular shuttle. You simply hop on the next available bus, once you have arrived at the Magical Shuttle Desk. For information,
timetables are available to view directly on the Magical Express website (www.magicalshuttle.co.uk).
When planning your return journey to the Airport, you will find a sign where the Magical Express drops you off, outside the front of your Disney Hotel, which will detail the available pick-up times. The shuttle schedule can also be viewed in the "Timetables and prices" section of the Magical Express website. You will, however, need to "Select Your Route" (for example Disney Hotels > Charles-de-Gaulle) and then search for your particular Disney Hotel, in order to access this information.
