Bright Suns, Jonathan, and welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you’ve already taken your first steps into a larger world by crafting a lightsaber at
Savi’s Workshop at the Disneyland Resort, and now you’re curious about finding some extra “scrap metal” to enhance your hilt or start a new customization project. A wise choice, indeed!
When I checked in with a Cast Member at the
Merchandise Support line recently, they shared that extra parts may sometimes be available for purchase at Savi’s Workshop. While I can’t guarantee you’ll always be able to get them there, I’d encourage you to stop by and ask a Cast Member for details during your next visit. If the stars align, you may be able to purchase additional pieces like emitters, sleeves, or endcaps to mix and match at home.
That said, your best bet is likely
Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities, the most mysterious shop in Black Spire Outpost. His shelves are brimming with rare kyber crystals, legendary relics, and unique lightsaber accessories from across the galaxy. If you’re looking to deepen your connection to the Force, a new kyber crystal is an excellent place to start. Each crystal unlocks a different blade color and, when paired with a Jedi or Sith Holocron, even reveals hidden wisdom from characters across the Star Wars saga.
If you’re wishing to carry your hilt with true Jedi authenticity, I’d recommend picking up a lightsaber belt clip. Also available at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities, this handy accessory lets you wear your lightsaber at your side, leaving your hands free to enjoy
blue milk, snap holopics, or take the controls of the “fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy” on
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. It’s a small addition that makes your lightsaber feel like a constant companion on your adventures.
May the Force guide you to the right pieces for your collection, Jonathan, and may your blade always shine brightly in the galaxy far, far away!
