Hi Deb,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney!
Well, I am doing a happy dance celebrating with you as you plan a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! I am thrilled to see you making
advanced dining reservations. Leading a large party - your courage is noteworthy.
My first suggestion would be to make sure you select a different lead Guest on the second reservation. If that does not work, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member by phone for assistance. You may have to make reservations that are not at the exact same time, but I just try to get them within 15 minutes of each other.
Looking at your arrival date, I have to check to see if you made
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Each Guest in your party will need park pass reservations for each day they have valid theme park admission and plan to visit a theme park. As you make dining reservations, also make sure that you make those dining reservations for the parks where you have park pass reservations. If a park reaches capacity, park-hopping may not be available, even if you have a dining reservation. If you all are staying at the same resort hotel, also consider doing dinner at the resort hotel. After a long day in the parks, dining at the
resort hotel can allow you to really relax since you can simply walk to your room after dinner.
Deb, I do hope you are able to make those dining reservations! I am sending you a good scoop of pixie-dusted patience as you plan for a large party. Review the
operational updates and the
Disney Parks Blog to keep up with new or reopened experiences. Trust me, it will be so wonderful to see your plans come together once everyone arrives. The memories will be priceless!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
