Does the additional 10 day window for booking dining automatically show on the day that you are able to book for your stay? And do we include a 2 year old within the dining number, as they don’t have a park ticket but will be dining?

Hello Lauren, and welcome to planDisney!

Lauren, I must tell you how much of a pleasure it is for me as the current British Mum here at planDisney, to have the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom.

One of the jolliest Disney holiday delights for my own family is found when we dine our way around Walt Disney World Resort.  In fact, we really are the kind of family who likes to plan our Disney days around our Advanced Dining Reservations!

Lauren, I'm more than happy to share that Guests who are staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel do have the heigh-ho perk of being able not only to begin making their Advanced Dining Reservations at 60-days ahead of their Resort check-in date, but also for a further 10-days into their magical stay.

Although at present, there isn't a Guest notification to see on My Disney Experience of when that 60-days prior window to Resort check-in is reached.  However, I personally find that simply marking my "ADR day" on my calendar by counting back 60 days from my appointed Resort check-in day works well for me.  And, yes it sure is automatic for Guests staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel to access their additional 10-day window of Advanced Dining Reservations!

Guests from the UK are welcome to make Advanced Dining Reservations at select dining locations online, or by speaking with a Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for Dining Reservations contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

When thinking about the number of Guests to include on dining reservations at Walt Disney World Resort, it's always important to include each and every Guest who will be seated at your table; from the very youngest Mouseketeer upwards regardless of whether they will be ordering from the menu, or indeed hold a Disney Theme Park Ticket.

I truly hope that I've been able to provide a little magical insight for you today Lauren.  If you should have any further questions at all relating to your upcoming May holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, then please do drop back to me here at planDisney.  I'll always be happy to help wherever possible!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
