Hi! Addicted to this website! Getting down to the wire and have a few questions... Traveling Nov 15-21 and with three kids under 6... Staying at the Poly and was wondering what kind of shows we could see from the Poly? Illuminations? Wishes? Thanks!

Hi, Tricia!  You must be getting so excited for your WDW vacation!   The Polynesian is one of my favorite resorts, especially with kids.  You made a great choice.

From the beach at the Polynesian, you will be able to watch Wishes from the Magic Kingdom.   You will also be able to view the Electric Water Pageant as it makes it nightly rounds to all the nearby resorts.   Check at the front desk for times.

When we stay at the Polynesian, I like to pack small sand pails and shovels, and I also bring glow sticks or bracelets for the kids to play with on the beach as we wait for fireworks.    We always enjoy our evening when we plan this!  It is a nice break from running in the parks all day.  Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

One more thing!   It is just a short walk over to the Grand Floridian from the beach.   Make sure to take a walk over there to check out their beautiful lobby and holiday decorations.  Your kids might enjoy the giant Christmas tree and gingerbread house.

    Have a great vacation!
