Hi there, Kathy!
Thanks for floating by planDisney with such a splash-tacular question. I’m thrilled to help you get all set for your October adventure to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
As an Annual Passholder who added the
Water Park and Sports Option (great choice, by the way!), you’ll be happy to know that at this time, Disney’s water parks do not require theme park reservations. That means you can grab your sunscreen, toss your towel into your beach bag, and head straight to the fun; no reservation required! Just be sure to check which water park is open during your visit, since Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard Beach usually operate on a rotating schedule.
You can verify operating hours and the current open water park on the
Disney Hours and Events Calendar. I also recommend keeping an eye on the
My Disney Experience mobile app for real-time updates, weather alerts, and to see when the Surf Pool at Typhoon Lagoon is ready for you to make some waves!
Wishing you the coolest day ever filled with splashes, snacks (might I suggest a mini doughnut float?), and magical memories that soak your soul in joy! If you have any other questions, just ride the wave back to us.
Surf’s up,
Emille
