I added the Water Park Fun and More option to my vacation for 12/17-12/23. Is it going to be warm enough to go to a water park during that time of year?

    Stephanie:

I have visited in December when it reached 70 degrees but I have also been when it was below freezing only two weeks after the dates you're visiting...

If it's warm enough, the water parks are open and have plenty of guests. But for those of us from the South, I think mid-December can be rather chilly for the slides. Keep your eye on the forecast online before you arrive and keep in mind that your Water Parks & More option also allows you entry into DisneyQuest at Downtown Disney as well as the miniature golf courses before 4 p.m. if the weather doesn't turn out to be what you expected.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
