Hi Cindi,
Welcome to planDisney!
A trip with the grandparents, how sweet! I’m sure your grandchildren will be so excited to vacation with you.
Glad to hear that you were able to get two of their tickets linked. As you prepare to link the next ticket, I suggest double checking that your third grandchild has a valid ticket attached to your
My Disney Experience mobile app. You can do this by simply checking the “Tickets and Passes” section of the My Disney Experience mobile app. In this section, just swipe through the tickets and make sure that everyone’s ticket is there.
If you do see the ticket, you’ll want to try re-linking the ticket again. If you tried doing it on your phone, maybe try linking on the computer instead. You’ll also want to make sure the mobile app on your phone is up-to-date. If the ticket isn’t in the app for some reason, you’ll want to connect with the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands or Existing Tickets Cast Members so they can help you find that ticket and/or get it linked in your account.
Remember once all the tickets are linked, you’ll want to create
Disney Park Pass reservations for everyone each day you’ll be in the Theme Parks. Doing this early will help you reserve the days and Theme Parks you want for your vacation!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for the most magical time with your grandchildren. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
