Dawn from NB Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I have added my tickets to my Disney experience, I am trying to get fast passes but it does not recognize my tickets are being linked. Any thoughts on how I can get them linked?

    Hi Dawn,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your vacation planning question!

I just want to double check to make sure that you have followed all of the pertinent steps which are required for linking your tickets. Once you have logged in to your My Disney Experience account, hover over the Mickey icon on the upper right hand side of your screen. Drop down to "My Reservations and Tickets". Next, scroll down to "Tickets and Passes". If you don't see the tickets there, click on the "Link Tickets" button and re-enter the Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID.

After this is complete, hover back over the Mickey icon again and scroll down to "FastPass+" to make your selections. Please be sure that you are within your 60-day window (if you are staying on property) or 30-day window (if you are staying off-site). You will not be able to make FastPass+ selections if you are not within that window.

If you have double checked all of these items and are still having difficulty, I recommend that you call to speak with website technical support. Sometimes, Stitch likes to mess around and he has been known to cause a glitch or two. Technical support should be able to get things fixed for you quickly. You can reach them on their direct number at (407) 939-4357.

I hope you are able to resolve your technical issues and that you will soon be well on your way to planning a fun-filled vacation.

    Wishing you magical memories,
