Good news, T! Changing the name on a ticket is possible as long as it is valid and wholly unused. The easiest way is to call the
ticket phone line, and a helpful Cast Member will get you sorted. You can also make the changes using the Chat feature on the
Disneyland Mobile App. To do this, make sure you're logged in and then click the menu icon (≡) at the bottom right of the screen. Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Chat with Us."
Now, as for parade and fireworks information, you'll want to take a look at the
Hours & Events Calendar for the dates you'll be visiting. For example, here are the times for December 28 at Disneyland Park:
