Hi there, Joseph! Welcome back to planDisney and thanks so much for trusting us with your questions about your upcoming Disneyland resort vacation.
It sounds like you've already had success with
linking your ticket to your account within the official
Disneyland mobile app. That is a great first step! Traditionally, I've seen ticket ID numbers longer than 4-digits, however, if you successfully linked the ticket and it appears in your "Tickets and Passes" section of the app, this is usually a good sign! Your ticket will also display the barcode and an expiration or "valid use" date so that you can scan this ticket at the theme park entrance. Now, Joseph, another way to view your
tickets and theme park reservations is to log in to your MyDisney account on the official Disneyland Resort website and select "
My Plans." From here, you should be able to view any tickets currently linked to your account and the park reservations associated with them. As long as everything looks accurate for each member of your travel party and the dates are aligned with your plans, you should be good to go! If you want a little extra peace of mind, I'd recommend bringing along your original email confirmation of the ticket purchase which should list the ticket ID number.
If ever you want to confirm anything about your account or your tickets and park reservations with a Cast Member, I recommend
calling the Tickets line in advance of your visit. They are wonderfully helpful and I've always been able to sort out any questions with them before arriving on site. Alternatively, you can visit a
Guest Relations location when you get to Disneyland Resort.
I hope this has been useful, Joseph. Please don't hesitate to reach out to
planDisney again soon if you have other questions that come up along the way. We're always happy to lend our advice and personal recommendations to fellow Guests planning their most magical adventures!
Blue Skies and Sunshine,
Tishra
