Hello, Myria!
Welcome, and thank you for stopping by
planDisney with your
Disneyland Resort question. It sounds like a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is on your mind! I’ll bet you’re as excited as I am for the theme parks to reopen on April 30, 2021.
Using the
Disneyland Mobile App, you should be able to find any tickets linked to your Disney account. Be sure that you’re signed in to your account, and then tap on the icon in the lower right corner of the app that looks like three horizontal lines. This will bring you to the main menu. Select "Tickets and Passes" located on the upper right-hand corner of this screen to display any linked tickets. You may have to swipe left or right to see all of them. If you’ve followed these steps and still don’t see the tickets you believe were linked previously, I recommend calling the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 for direct assistance from a Cast Member.
Speaking of the mobile app, be sure to use this great tool during your visit to the theme parks. It features theme park maps, real-time attraction wait times, and so much more. I love using the app to
mobile order food and beverages from select restaurants in both
Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, which means less waiting and more time exploring!
I hope this helps, Myria. Please write back with any other questions you have as your planning continues.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
