    I added the people in my party using the guest(name and age) option however they have accounts using the"My Disney Experience"App and I do not see a way to link them can you help?

    Planning a Walt Disney World Resort trip is much more fun with your favorite pals! And the Family & Friends List feature on My Disney Experience makes vacation planning pretty easy. Not only can you share your park plans with those on your Family & Friends List, you can also share Disney PhotoPass pictures with your travel party as well. 

    I’m excited to hear you’re heading to the Walt Disney World Resort in April. I’m sorry to hear you were having issues connecting people in your travel party to your My Disney Experience. Since they also have Disney accounts, an easy way to connect with them is using their email addresses (the ones used to access their Disney accounts) and sending them invitations. I see that you tried adding a Guest by providing name and age. After you input their name and birthday, you were asked “How will you plan your visit?” The choices available are “I’ll manage all plans for this Guest.” Or “Share Planning with this Guest”. If you click on “Share Planning with this Guest” you’ll be prompted to enter the Guest’s email address (same as the one used for accessing their Disney account). They’ll receive an invitation to connect to your Friends & Family list. And voilà, the Guests you just connected with via email invitations should now show up on your My Disney Experience. [Please note, wording will be slightly different on the Walt Disney World Resort website. With the desktop version, you will be asked to “Invite this Guest to connect” or “I want to manage all plans for this Guest” in which case you will enter their email address.]
    Sometimes, Stitch likes to cause glitches and wreak havoc. If you continue to encounter problems with connecting to other Guests in My Disney Experience, please contact My Disney Experience at (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member will gladly provide assistance.
