Hello there, Jared!
Welcome to planDisney! It is great to hear from you and I suspect you may already be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, so I hope I am able to help you in your quest to plan some magic for your party. Let's get on with the show, as they say!
It sounds like perhaps to are trying to join a
Virtual Queue for an attraction. What I understand from your question, is that you have added members to your
My Disney Experience -
My Family & Friends List already, but they are not coming up to add to your Virtual Queue group. I hope that I am understanding that correctly.
The first step is to make sure that the proper permissions are set in the My Disney Experience - My Family & Friends List. Once the other Guests have accepted your invitation, if they manage another profile that you would like to add as well, they'll need to go into their My Family and Friends List and under your name, select "Allow to make plans for your managed profiles."
Another thing that may be required for adding the Guests in your party to your Virtual Queue group is that certain ticket types and annual passes still need to have a
theme park reservation for that park in order to join the morning Virtual Queue.
If these options do not appear to be the issue, I suggest speaking with
Guest Relations to see if they are able to take a look and assist in making sure you are able to add everyone prior to requesting to join the next Virtual Queue.
I hope you are able to get it all sorted out, Jared, and enjoy the attraction. Have a wonderful vacation and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
