John H John, you will find familiarity in using Mears Connect as it is located in the same welcome area as the former Disney’s Magical Express, Terminal B, on level 1, ground transportation level, at Orlando International Airport. The main difference is that you will need to collect your luggage before arriving at the Mears Connect Reception area (subject to change).
Since you have not received your Mears Connect email confirmation, you will need to either call or email Mears Connect with all your flight details and then you will receive, as the lead Guest, reservation confirmation and a boarding pass/QR Code approximately 23 hours in advance of your flight departure by email.
Please ensure you have
linked your Disney Resort hotel reservations to your Disney account, and that you have secured your
Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations in advance of your arrival, as this is the process required to visit the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks at this time.
Tips:
Update your payment method via My Profile in
My Disney Experience app to facilitate app transactions such as adding the
Disney Genie+ service to save you time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance, and to enjoy
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering during your visit – don’t forget to enable notifications and turn on location setting for the My Disney Experience app.
Bypass the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel by completing your Resort Online Check-In and using the My Disney Experience app, the
Direct-To-Room Service will enable you to receive notifications for when your Guest Room is ready and you will be able to also unlock your door using your mobile device.
