I added a hotel stay on my Disney experience and then a couple of days later I modified the reservation and added a couple of days. The extra days are not showing up. It’s the same reservation #. What do I do?

    Hello Carmelo,

Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney. I'm so happy to hear that you are extending your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. What's more magical than more days in "The Most Magical Place on Earth!"

I'm sorry to hear that the Resort hotel reservation that you modified is not displaying as expected for you in your "My Plans" area of your My Disney Experience account. My best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can take a look at your My Disney Experience account with you. As an alternative to calling, you can connect with Cast Members using the online chat service and the "Chat with Us" feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Carmelo, I'm hopeful that there's a quick remedy to have your modified Resort reservation display with the new dates as expected. I can imagine you're really looking forward to the extra days at your Resort hotel.

As you put together your plans, please be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog as a fun and helpful way to stay in the know about all the exciting experiences coming to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
