Ahoy, Julie! Thank you for bringing your Disney Cruise Line question over to planDisney. I know you are counting down the days until you are sailing aboard the
Disney Treasure in April.
It sounds like you have already connected your stateroom with your friends’ staterooms, but let me give you some tips to make sure that everything is in order for you to enjoy
rotational dining together. Start by going to the main
Disney Cruise Line website and clicking on the tab at the top right labeled “Already Booked,” you can then click on the option labeled “My Reservations” under “My Disney Cruise.” That will open up a page that should say “7-Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise from Port Canaveral” at the top with a drop-down box on the right hand side that lists your reservation number. If you click on the reservation number, it should open up other reservations and you should see “7-Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise from Port Canaveral” with multiple stateroom numbers listed below if you have already successfully linked your friends’ reservations. If you only see your stateroom listed, then you need to click on the blue link at the bottom of that drop-down box that says “Add and Link Reservations.” That will open up a new page where you can add your friends’ reservations, but you will need their confirmation number, date of birth, and last name to do so. Keep in mind that you can only connect up to three additional staterooms to your reservation this way and connecting reservations does share all of the details, including balance and payment information.
Once you have confirmed that your reservation is connected to your friends’ reservation, you will want to make sure that you are all assigned to the same dining time. Then you can go back to your main reservation page to request a private table. At the bottom of that page, there are a number of white boxes and you are looking for the one labeled “Special Requests.” Click on the blue link labeled “Edit Your Requests” and a new page will open with a menu of options on the left. Click on the bottom one that says “Table Requests” and select “At a private table” from the drop-down menu. By selecting that option, you will have the best chance of getting a table in the dining room just for you and your friends. Remember though that the table request is just that, a request, not a guarantee. However, by connecting your reservations, you will be assigned to the same dining room table as your friends, you just might be meeting some new friends at dinner too.
If you have any other concerns about connecting your reservations, you can always call Disney Cruise Line directly at (800) 951-3532. I hope that you and your friends have the best time aboard the Disney Treasure. Feel free to reach back out to planDisney with any other questions. Happy sailing!
