I had a similar experience for our last
Walt Disney World Resort vacation when I somehow managed to list my husband twice on the reservation and didn’t list myself at all! Although I was unable to fix the mistake on my own via
My Disney Experience account online or via the
My Disney Experience mobile app, a quick call to the
“My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+” helpline connected me with a Cast Member who was able to straighten everything out in just a few minutes.
When you call, one recommendation for a smooth fix is to make sure the family member who you’d like to add to your reservation is included on your
Family & Friends list. That should make the correction super fast and easy.
